This role is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on all paid search campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on delivering measurable ROI and contributing to overall e-commerce growth.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing campaigns for retail or e-commerce businesses.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms including Google Ads and others. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategy planning, and A/B testing to improve performance. Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SEO, Merchandising, Design, and Development) to align paid efforts with broader marketing and business goals. Write effective ad copy aligned with brand voice and optimized for performance. Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and daily spend to ensure efficient use of funds. Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and dashboards with actionable insights. Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies in search marketing. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, MIS or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in paid search campaign management, preferably in an e-commerce environment. Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and relevant campaign management tools. Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI-positive results. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Looker Studio, etc.). Google Ads Certification is a plus. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
