Coordinate and support marketing activations and events to enhance client and doctor engagement while building brand visibility. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Assist in developing event concepts and proposals with Business Units and Brand Marketing Prepare event briefs, program flows, and activity schedules Coordinate logistics, materials, and event requirements with internal teams (BU, Brand, Digital) and external vendors Support logistics preparations including delivery of booths, collaterals, and other event materials Assist in ingress/egress activities and provide on-site support such as booth manning and attendee coordination Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to support event coverage (photos, videos, online posting) Assist in preparing post-event reports and documentation Manage various event types including doctor engagement, community wellness, corporate wellness, partnership, and sponsorship events About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in event coordination, activations, or marketing support Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer industries is an advantage Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors Attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with digital tools for event promotion (e.g., creation of reels, TikTok videos) is an advantage Willingness to travel to event sites Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on event schedules This job may close before the stated closing date, you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
