RCI: Marketing Events & Activations Coordinator Join to apply for the RCI: Marketing Events & Activations Coordinator role at ACTIVEONE HEALTH, INC. . Overview Job purpose: Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing activations and events to strengthen client relationships, enhance doctor engagement, and build brand visibility. The role provides logistical and operational assistance to Business Units and the Marketing team, ensuring smooth delivery of events while enabling the department to focus on broader strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Assist in developing event concepts and proposals in coordination with Business Units (BUs) and Brand Marketing Provide support in preparing event briefs, program flows, and activity schedules Coordinate with internal teams (BU, Brand, Digital) and external vendors for logistics, materials, and event requirements Support logistics preparations, including delivery of booths, collaterals, and other event materials Assist in ingress/egress activities and provide on-site support such as booth manning and attendee coordination Work with the Digital Marketing team to support event coverage (photos, videos, online posting) Assist in preparing post-event reports and documentation Types Of Events Managed Doctor engagement events Community wellness programs Corporate wellness programs Partnership and sponsorship events Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience in event coordination, activations, or marketing support Experience in healthcare, wellness, or consumer industries is an advantage Skills And Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external vendors Attention to detail and ability to support multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with digital tools for event promotion is an advantage (creation of reels, TikTok videos, etc.) Other Requirements Willingness to travel to event sites Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on event schedules Job Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Wellness and Fitness Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
