Who You Are As a Data Enrichment Associate , you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and validating the data used by Avvoka’s sales and marketing teams. You’ll conduct structured research on our target accounts to identify and confirm the right decision-makers, enrich CRM records, and ensure we maintain a complete and accurate database of prospects. Your research will support the company’s commercial growth by providing verified, actionable information to drive outreach and pipeline generation. Key Responsibilities Data Research and Enrichment Identify key decision-makers and influencers within Avvoka’s 3,000 core target accounts Research and confirm details such as job titles, departments, reporting lines, and locations Validate and enrich contact data using approved tools: HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Hunter.io , Apollo , Phantombuster , and Avvoka’s proprietary in-house technologies Gather contextual information such as company size, sector, region, and technology stack 2. Data Quality and Maintenance Update and maintain accurate records within HubSpot , ensuring all information is current and complete Identify and resolve duplicate, missing, or inconsistent entries Apply firmographic and functional tags to accounts for segmentation Maintain overall CRM data hygiene and support regular audit cycles 3. Collaboration and Reporting Work closely with the Revenue organisation to prioritise and manage data tasks Provide weekly progress updates on data coverage, quality, and enrichment activities Recommend improvements to data collection, verification processes, and workflow efficiency Support campaign planning and segmentation with accurate lists and validated contacts Key Measures of Success To ensure your application has the best opportunity of success, your CV could cover the below measures of success with quantifiable results (e.g. percentages, growth, reductions, impact) Data Completeness: Hit enrichment targets for key contact and company fields. Person Specification The ideal candidate would have: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong online research skills, particularly using LinkedIn and corporate data sources Familiarity with HubSpot , LinkedIn Sales Navigator , Hunter.io , Apollo , and Phantombuster Excellent proficiency in Excel for data handling and cleaning Strong written and spoken English communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and organised, with the ability to work independently Comfortable collaborating with international teams and working across time zones.
