Responsibilities

• You will be the main point of contact for production issues escalation and functionality enquiries from our Customer Support Team, Operations, and Sales
• Experience on testing features involving user interface enhancements and functionality upgrades
• Experience on regression testing to ensure that existing functionalities and flows are not impacted by new features and updates
• Solid experience in building a test suite that includes regression test cases and regularly maintaining it to ensure that our user test cases and scenarios are up-to-date
• Experience in automation tools is a plus
• As a product specialist, you will be expected to be an expert in diagnosing functionalities and potential production issues and bugs.
• Experience in working as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst or QA Analyst would be an advantage
• 2 - 5 years experience in a similar role
• Ability to work hard in a fast paced environment

Salary : Php100,000.00 - Php110,000.00 per month

Schedule : Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate : Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education : Bachelor's (preferred)

Remote Sales Development Specialist

Extenteam is currently looking for a Remote Sales Development Specialist to undertake the following tasks:

• generating potential leads
• soliciting potential customers
• setting sales meetings with potential customers and connecting customers with the right salesperson
• use Hubspot daily
• developing sales strategies to draw in potential customers in need of staffing
• connecting responding prospects/customers with Extenteam sales manager to identify their potential staffing needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales
• presenting product information to customers once you have identified their needs
• following up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not sign up for Extenteam’s staffing services
• collaborating with sales executives to ensure the company\'s goals and targets are met

EXPECTATIONS

Fast learner of PMS, CRM, communication tools such as Hubspot, ClickUp, Google Suite Products.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Experience in Property Management industry of a “western company” (Australia, US, Britain) and/or sales experience in the industry as a vendor.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• 30MBPS or higher internet speed
• i5 or higher processor
• Minimum of 8 GB RAM
• Private and quiet dedicated home office area (no roosters, dogs, children\'s noises in the background)
• Back-ups in case of power or Telco interruptions
• Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
