This role combines hands‑on accounting functions such as managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing journal entries, and reconciling accounts, with analytical responsibilities including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. What you'll be working on Maintain accurate financial records through the preparation and posting of journal entries and account reconciliations. Manage and process company accounts payable transactions, including invoice validation, vendor payments, and expense reports. Review and ensure appropriate documentation and approvals prior to payment processing. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire transfers, including payments to factories and manufacturers overseas. Reconcile monthly credit card statements, vendor accounts, and general ledger accounts. Monitor AP/AR aging, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution and payment. Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy of financial data. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decision‑making. Analyze financial data to identify trends, irregularities, and opportunities for cost improvement. Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reconciliations. Maintain vendor and financial records in compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies. Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy. What we're looking for Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance. Atleast4 years of experience in accounting, with exposure to bothAP/AR andgeneral ledger functions. Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting. Hands‑on experience with budgeting, cost analysis, and financial performance monitoring. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, problem‑solving, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a growth mindset and adaptability. Preferred Skills Licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) Experience in wholesale or manufacturing industry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software such as SAP or similar ERP systems.
