Key Responsibilities of the GoHighLevel Automation Specialist

• Funnel & Automation Buildouts (GoHighLevel)
  • Build, configure, and optimize funnels, landing pages, pipelines, and workflows directly inside GoHighLevel
  • Implement automations for contracts, invoicing, lead follow-up, and sales team support
  • Integrate payment gateways, SMS/email campaigns, and other third-party tools
  • Continuously refine and test funnels to maximize performance and conversions
• CRM & Data Tracking
  • Manage and maintain GoHighLevel CRM with accurate client and lead data
  • Develop tracking systems for sales pipelines, campaign outcomes, and client engagement
  • Create dashboards and reporting to ensure data-driven decision-making
  • Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and optimize data flows
• Systems & Process Design
  • Map workflows and operational processes using Lucidchart (or tools like Miro, Whimsical, Figma)
  • Translate business goals into system diagrams and executable processes
  • Document automations and integrations to build scalable, repeatable systems
• Tech Implementation & Support
  • Test and troubleshoot funnels, automations, and CRM workflows to ensure functionality
  • Implement last-minute edits and adjustments quickly when needed
  • Research and adopt new GoHighLevel features to enhance performance and efficiency

Qualifications

Must-have:

• Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, CRM, automations).
• Comfortable with Lucidchart or similar workflow-mapping tools (Miro, Whimsical, Figma).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at troubleshooting/testing.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Zapier, Make, or other workflow automation tools.
