Job Title Zoho CRM Implementation SpecialistLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeSalary: Up to $10/hr. based on experience About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented Zoho CRM Implementation Specialist to work directly with clients in analyzing business processes, writing technical specifications, and configuring solutions in Zoho CRM. The ideal candidate is skilled at gathering requirements, documenting user stories, and recommending workflow and automation solutions that meet client needs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, data flows, and system requirements. Develop detailed technical specifications and user stories for CRM projects. Configure Zoho CRM workflows, modules, and automations based on client requirements. Integrate client ERP systems with Zoho CRM and ensure accurate reporting (e.g., YTD, MTD, Prior Year Revenue). Design and implement automated contract management, including document generation, e-signatures, and storage within CRM. Monitor and troubleshoot client workflows and functions to ensure data accuracy and system reliability. Build and configure automated email campaigns and trigger-based communications. Ensure data consistency across modules (e.g., Accounts, Contacts, Sales Orders). Provide client training and post-implementation support as needed. Skills & Qualifications 2+ years experience in Zoho CRM implementation, administration, or consulting. Strong understanding of CRM best practices, workflows, and automations. Experience integrating ERP systems with Zoho CRM is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to gather requirements and write technical documentation. Detail-oriented and highly organized. Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple client scenarios simultaneously.
