Position Title: Senior CRM Specialist Work Set-up: Work From Home Schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PHT Salary: PHP 65,000 – PHP 80,000 Opportunity We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Senior CRM Specialist to support the growth and success of a UK-based business coaching and technology company. This organization is high‑energy, fast‑growth, and helps thousands of entrepreneurs succeed through systems, support, and scalable solutions. As part of the implementation and support function, you will take ownership of back‑end CRM configuration, workflows, and automation to deliver their "Done For You" services all while enabling the UK‑based team to spend more time on high‑impact, client‑facing work. This is a senior position that will work closely with the client and play a foundational role in building and mentoring a growing offshore team over time. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR Sr CRM SPECIALIST Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 3‑4 years of hands‑on CRM experience, ideally in SaaS or marketing automation environments. Go High Level CRM experience is essential; candidates without hands‑on experience will not be considered. Deep expertise in setup, automation, configuration, and optimization of Go High Level. Strong experience in building and refining marketing funnels, workflows, landing pages, and customer journeys. Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, and Zendesk. Excellent written communication skills, clear, professional ticketing/email updates are essential. Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setup, while managing time and deliverables efficiently. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills. Leadership qualities and interest in helping grow and shape a future team. Culturally aligned with a dynamic, growth‑oriented team that values quality, initiative, and ownership. Responsibilities Execute advanced CRM builds based on customer requirements, submitted via ticketing or internal team briefs. Implement and customize sales funnels, automations, landing pages, and related marketing flows within Go High Level. Provide updates and clarification to customers via Zendesk (email‑based communication; no phone or video calls required). Collaborate closely with the UK onboarding and support teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of implementation tasks. Relieve high‑performing UK‑based team members from back‑end configuration work so they can focus on strategic client support. Deliver consistent, high‑quality builds to support growing customer volumes (targeting 150+ onboardings/month). Serve as a trusted senior support to the UK team and client stakeholders. Over time, assist in training and mentoring additional offshore team members as the team scales. Contribute to a highly efficient offshore/onshore collaboration model, aligning with the company’s broader vision of scalable client support. If this sounds like you, then what are you waiting for?
