HR Specialist — Taguig
Wise Sea IT Consulting Solution OPC' is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will manage a range of HR functions including employee relations, talent management, and policy development.
What you'll be doing
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters such as compensation, benefits, and workplace policies
- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Partnering with managers to address employee performance and disciplinary issues
- Coordinating employee training and development initiatives
- Administering employee benefits and leave programs
- Contributing to the overall HR strategy and initiatives of the organisation
What we're looking for
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a HR Specialist or generalist role, preferably within the IT consulting industry
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Proficiency in HR data analysis and report generation
- Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
