JOB DESCRIPTION

• Updating/Summarizing all disbursements for external reporting.
• Updating/transferring all disbursements to books of accounts for external reporting.
• Monitoring of all expenses of branches for external reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 1 or 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper or Accounting Assistant for external accounting or related experience.
• Preferably BS Accountancy or related field; graduate or equivalent.
• Proficient in bookkeeping and adaptable to accounting software.
• Highly organized, punctual, flexible with excellent communication skills.
• Able to adjust to a new working environment.

Schedule: 8 hour shift

• Supplemental Pay: 13th month salary, Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Caloocan City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:
