Your role & responsibilities Conducts credit investigation for new customers applying for credit terms & credit lines. Performs customer evaluation reports based on conducted credit investigations, and recommends necessary terms & conditions. Generates and consolidates A/R report from all Business Units on a monthly basis for management reporting. Maintains, monitors, & analyzes customer database with past due accounts, over the credit limit, & expiring collateral, and escalates to Business Units to address risk exposure. Closely collaborates with all Business Units to resolve and/or mitigate all exposure related to Credit or A/R. Knowledgeable in Order to Cash process. Knowledgeable in SAP. Training & development In particular, DOLE extolled SMC’s successful completion of its Business Reintegration program--where SMC ended its service agreements with third-party providers of non-core, auxiliary operations, and enabled some 25,000 workers to become regular employees with full benefits under its newly-established Operations, Maintenance, and Management (OMM) companies.
