Inventory Management: Coordinate with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels of vehicles, parts, and accessories. Analyze inventory data and make recommendations for replenishment and adjustments. Performance Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to workshop sales, customer feedback, service quality, and operational efficiency. Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans accordingly. Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders such as dealer principals, suppliers, manufacturers, vendors, and regulatory bodies. Collaborate with other field managers and corporate teams to share best practices and align strategies. Budgeting And Financial Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets for the region, monitoring expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met. Implement cost-effective strategies to optimize resource allocation. Competencies Knowledge: Knowledge of automotive sales, service and operations. Familiarity with relevant software tools for data analysis and reporting. Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Problem‑solving skill and the ability to handle challenging situations effectively. Abilities: Can drive.
