JOB DESCRIPTION Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to clients. This role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and homeowners to deliver premium solutions that meet design and functional requirements. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the high‑end residential and commercial construction markets. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, including architects, builders, contractors, and developers. Present and promote high‑end windows and glass door products to potential customers through site visits, presentations, and trade shows. Attending conferences, lectures, seminars, and workshops to improve your skills and knowledge. Conducting market research and obtaining feedback from clients to improve existing products. Simplifying technical terms during product demonstrations and post‑sales customer support. Maintaining strong professional relationships with existing clients and meeting with new clients to expand sales territories. Updating orders and sales and negotiating the best contract terms. Requirements: Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering) 5+ years experience in construction materials sales with demonstrated annual sales of ₱10M+ A results‑driven professional with exceptional interpersonal charm, an engaging presence, and the ability to connect effortlessly with clients. Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in CAD software, experience with building codes, and knowledge of aluminum/glass installation is an advantage A valid driver's license Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits, conferences, and other business‑related activities.
