PVD Foreman

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily PVD installation activities and manage a team of operators and helpers.
• Ensure correct operation of PVD rig/machine, including alignment, depth control, and spacing.
• Interpret and implement plans, drawings, and technical specifications related to PVD layout and depths.
• Monitor productivity, material usage, and machine output on a daily basis.
• Coordinate with sother teams for accurate layout of installation points.
• Conduct pre-work toolbox talks and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Record and report daily progress, incidents, and any deviations to the Site Engineer or Site Manager.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of PVD materials.

• High School Graduate or TESDA NC II Certification
• Engineering or technical vocational background preferred.
• At least 1 year as a foreman or team leader in PVD installation or ground improvement projects.
• Strong knowledge of PVD installation methods and equipment (e.g., mandrel, stitcher).
• Ability to read construction drawings and layout plans.
• Good leadership, communication, and time‑management skills.
• Physically fit and capable of working long hours in field conditions.
