Responsibilities Supervision & Leadership Lead and manage a team of workers, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and correctly. Assign specific tasks to team members based on skills and project needs. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and resolve any issues that arise. Project Management Ensure work is completed on time and within budget. Review and understand project plans, schedules, and specifications. Coordinate with other departments and management to ensure the project’s progress. Safety & Compliance Enforce safety regulations and ensure workers adhere to safety protocols. Conduct safety inspections and maintain a safe working environment. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Problem Solving & Troubleshooting Address and resolve on-site issues related to workers, equipment, or materials. Identify potential delays or problems and take proactive measures to prevent them. Training & Development Train new employees on job duties, safety standards, and procedures. Ensure workers have the necessary skills and certifications for their tasks. Qualifications All genders are welcome. Trustworthy and with a pleasing personality. Must be 18 years old or older. High school graduate, ALS, Senior/Junior High or higher. Experience is a plus, or willingness to be trained. Able to work shifts, with flexible hours including weekends or holidays. Physically fit. With a valid barangay clearance and police clearance.
