Job Description: Weekly checking, monitoring, and preliminary analysis of sales reservations report, construction management report, revenue recognition report in preparation for the scheduled weekly project coordination meeting. Assist the assigned Project Manager in updating the budgeted Project Schedule/approved Program of Development and monitoring and flagging of existing and potential delays in the budgeted Project Schedule/approved Program of Development. Assist the assigned Project Manager in the preparation and collation of Purchase Requisition documentary requirements prior to hand over to the Project Development Coordinator for Oracle encoding. Job Specification: Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in any of the following (or related) fields: Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate Management, Business Administration / Management. 3-5 years relevant experience in real estate and project management. Familiarity with project lifecycle—from conceptualization to turnover. Basic understanding of project development and construction processes. Basic knowledge of Accounting and Finance principles. Little to basic awareness of permitting and regulatory processes (e.g., LGU, DHSUD, DENR). Strong analytical and data management skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint – essential). Experience or willingness to be trained in Oracle and related project management systems. Familiarity with SharePoint, and planner for documentation and coordination and MS Project or equivalent project tracking tools (advantageous). #J-18808-Ljbffr
