We’re Hiring @ ALEI : Project Development Senior Associate / Supervisor (Estate Development) – Cebu City Ayala Land Estates, Inc. (ALEI) is a subsidiary of Ayala Land Inc. focusing on large-scale property development. Our goal is to transform land into fully operational and sustainable estates by creatively and effectively integrating diverse commercial, residential, leisure, and entertainment offerings on one vibrant platform. We're looking for a strategic and results-driven Project Development Senior Associate / Supervisor to assist in the planning and execution of real estate projects in the Visayas. This role involves overseeing the end-to-end project development process. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the overall management of real estate development projects from conceptualization to completion. Conduct feasibility studies, financial analysis, and market research to support project planning and decision-making. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, marketing, finance, legal, etc.) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare project reports, presentations, and updates for management and stakeholders. Provide recommendations to improve project efficiency and overall results. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in project development, real estate, or related fields. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and market analysis. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
