Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior

This position requires relevant experience in testing methodologies, automation strategies, and quality assurance best practices. The Senior QA Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify defects, enhance testing frameworks, and drive continuous improvements in quality.

Required Skills

What You Will Need:

• Has a strong background in software quality assurance(minimum 5 years), with significant experience in automated testing.
• Knowledgeable on designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts using frameworks and tools like Selenium Java, JUnit, or TestNG.
• Possesses a deep understanding of testing methodologies, including functional, regression, performance, backend and security testing.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills, is highly organized, possesses a keen eye for detail, and is a proactive problem solver.
• Thrives in a collaborative, agile environment, takes ownership, and delivers results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exhibits strong leadership abilities
• Skilled in Java for automation development
• Experienced in API, performance, and integration testing
• Familiar with cloud testing and fundamental AWS resources

• Writing and maintaining test cases
• Establish testing procedures to maintain high-quality standards
• Work closely with developers and business analyst to refine requirements
• Perform manual and automated tests to identify defects and ensure functionality.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and training to strengthen overall team capabilities.
