Position

Software Tester – Core Banking | Mobile Banking | Corporate Internet Banking

We are seeking a QA professional with hands-on experience in testing core banking systems. The ideal candidate should understand banking operations, transaction processing, and integration points across modules such as accounts, loans, deposits, payments, and customer management.

Responsibilities
  • Test end-to-end workflows across core banking modules.
  • Validate transaction processing, account operations, and system integrations.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, development teams, and integration partners.
  • Perform functional, regression, and system integration testing.
  • Ensure compliance with banking standards, regulatory requirements, and data integrity.
  • Document test cases, defects, and test results using standard tools.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, defect triage meetings, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
  • Experience in testing core banking platforms (e.g., Finacle, Flexcube, T24, BaNCS).
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, transaction flows, and accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with API testing, batch processing, and file-based integrations.
  • Exposure to modules like Customer Onboarding, Deposits, Loans, Payments, and GL.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, HP ALM, Postman, or similar.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services domain is highly desirable.
