Digital Marketing Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, web, paid ads). Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics (ROI, engagement, conversions) and optimize accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals. Manage digital content calendars and stay ahead of trends and algorithms. Graphic Design Design marketing materials including social media graphics, digital ads, event collateral, presentations, and branded assets. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and has visual consistency. Edit and retouch images and videos as needed for campaigns or events. Work with vendors (printers, photographers, etc.) for production and delivery of design assets. Event Management Plan and execute company events, product launches, trade shows, webinars, and client-facing experiences. Handle event logistics including budgeting, vendor coordination, venue booking, invitations, and promotion. Design event marketing materials: flyers, invitations, signage, presentations, etc. Collaborate with internal teams to maximize event impact and lead generation. Evaluate event success and report key takeaways and improvements. Requirements: At least 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on graphic design and events. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva. Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), and content creation. Experience with marketing analytics and tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar. Event planning experience (virtual or in-person) with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Experience in B2B marketing environments.
