Quality Assurance Officer

Responsibilities Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to monitor and improve product and service quality Conducting regular quality inspections and tests to identify and address any issues or non-conformities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems Maintaining detailed records of quality assurance activities and reporting on quality metrics Providing training and guidance to production and operations teams on quality best practices Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance Continuous improvement of quality assurance systems and processes What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, manufacturing, or quality management Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve quality issues Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach to work Proficient in using quality assurance tools and software Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams Knowledge of relevant quality standards, regulations, and best practices What we offer Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements Opportunities for professional development and career advancement A collaborative and inclusive company culture Additional Offers/Benefits: Non‑Taxable Allowance: 2,000 and Basic Incentive: 3,000 (depends on client metrics) Application Requirements Your application will include the following questions: What's your expected monthly basic salary?
