The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Website Developer to join our fully remote team. You’ll work closely with our Senior Web Developer, Client Success Managers, and content team to transform client ideas into reality using WordPress. From mock-up to launch, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard, and ready to impress.

What You’ll Do
  • Build responsive, mobile-friendly websites using WordPress templates.
  • Format and upload client content, images, and graphics.
  • Select and implement stock images when client assets aren’t available.
  • Ensure websites are consistent, functional, and user-friendly.
  • Upload mock-ups to staging, support client reviews, and apply edits.
  • Add finishing touches such as favicons, forms, and clean formatting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet deadlines and client expectations.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proficiency in WordPress (themes, templates, plugins).
  • Strong attention to detail and design awareness.
  • Ability to troubleshoot layout and functionality issues.
  • Solid time management and deadline focus.
  • Team player with clear communication skills.
  • Understanding of responsive design for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
