Overview

We\u2019re looking for a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Developer with expertise in Node.js, Dart, and Flutter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a full-stack professional, capable of building and maintaining robust backend systems and creating beautiful, high-performance mobile and web applications.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Backend Development: Design, build, and maintain efficient, scalable, and secure backend services using Node.js, including APIs, database interactions, and server-side logic.
  • Mobile App Development: Create and deploy cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android using Dart and the Flutter framework. This involves building intuitive user interfaces, implementing app functionality, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and deploy services on AWS and Firebase. The candidate should be proficient in using services like AWS EC2, S3, Lambda, and Firebase Firestore, Authentication, and Cloud Functions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate product requirements into technical specifications. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the overall architectural design of our software solutions.
  • Maintenance & Optimization: Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Proven experience with Node.js for backend development.
  • Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
  • Experience with AWS services for deployment, hosting, and serverless functions.
  • Experience with Firebase for backend-as-a-service functionalities, including databases and authentication.
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, and microservices architecture.
  • Solid knowledge of database systems, both SQL and NoSQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong command of English language, TOEFL minimal score 100+
  • Ability to match US Time (Pacific) Zone M-F
Soft Skills
  • Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
