Home Pick, Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, preparing financial reports, supporting month‑end and year‑end close processes, and maintaining compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. This role requires strong analytical skills, in‑depth accounting knowledge, and a proactive approach to improving processes. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and sub‑ledgers Lead month‑end and year‑end close processes, including journal entries and accruals Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and internal controls Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing historical and trend analysis Coordinate with external auditors during audits and assist with audit preparation Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation entries Review and improve accounting procedures and systems for efficiency and accuracy Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff as needed Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve financial issues and ensure data integrity Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting 8+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Proficiency in Intuit Enterprise accounting software Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Certified Public Accountant Experience with ERP systems Experience with US Taxation Prior experience with mid‑to‑large‑sized corporations Skills and Competencies Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Effective communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated with a continuous improvement mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Benefits Full Time Remote Position Bi Weekly Payroll Process Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
