Responsibilities
  • Market and Industry Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks that may impact the business. Determine key learnings from various company journeys and create data-driven recommendations that can guide the direction of the company in the short/long term
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather insights, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Set prioritizations for cross-functional initiatives and mobilize the teams required to complete the initiative.
  • Project Management: Handle short-term and adhoc programs and events (e.g., hosting corporate strategy initiated external visits). Collaborate with teams within Mynt to conduct learning sessions and market visits for external guests.
  • Corporate Calendar Management: Take charge of organizing and managing the Corporate Calendar, ensuring that key events, milestones, and strategic initiatives are appropriately scheduled and communicated across the organization.
  • Management Cadences: Facilitate and coordinate management cadences, including regular strategic reviews, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a Corporate Strategy role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
