Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving the company’s sales targets. Duties and Responsibilities: Promote and sell the company’s products or services to new and existing customers. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, referrals, walk-ins, and social media. Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to clients. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Prepare and submit sales quotations, proposals, and reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth processing of sales transactions (documentation, delivery, payment, etc.). Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional activities as required. Provide after-sales support and address client concerns professionally. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field. Preferably with 1–2 years of sales experience (automotive or related industry is an advantage). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with a positive and persuasive attitude. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM tools or sales tracking systems. Goal-driven and able to work independently or as part of a team. Willing to travel or be assigned to various branches, if necessary.
