Job Description

  • Assist in the execution of projects from requirements gathering to deployment, including defining timelines, scope, and implementation plans.
  • Coordinate with internal (CSG and frontline teams) and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within schedule and budget.
  • Monitor project status and proactively raise concerns or recommend adjustments to timelines, scope, or cost when necessary.
  • Facilitate change requests and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on potential impacts to schedules and outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and external partners, support day-to-day communication regarding project status and deliverables.
  • Track industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform business strategies; monitor global developments that may impact local market positioning.
  • Prepare project reports, summaries, and presentations by gathering and analyzing relevant information; ensure effective communication of project updates.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation to support smooth turnover or handover to the appropriate teams.
  • Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to identifying successful elements, areas for improvement, and key learnings.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • With 1–3 years of experience in project management, strategy, or operations; open to fresh graduates with strong academic or internship experience in project work
  • Proven project management skills – able to organize, track, and follow through on multiple tasks and initiatives
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities
  • Results-oriented and driven by goals and timelines
  • Motivated and enthusiastic; eager to work in a team-oriented environment and continuously learn
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments
