Job Description Assist in the execution of projects from requirements gathering to deployment, including defining timelines, scope, and implementation plans. Coordinate with internal (CSG and frontline teams) and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved within schedule and budget. Monitor project status and proactively raise concerns or recommend adjustments to timelines, scope, or cost when necessary. Facilitate change requests and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on potential impacts to schedules and outcomes. Establish and maintain productive relationships with suppliers and external partners, support day-to-day communication regarding project status and deliverables. Track industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform business strategies; monitor global developments that may impact local market positioning. Prepare project reports, summaries, and presentations by gathering and analyzing relevant information; ensure effective communication of project updates. Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation to support smooth turnover or handover to the appropriate teams. Conduct post-project reviews and contribute to identifying successful elements, areas for improvement, and key learnings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field With 1–3 years of experience in project management, strategy, or operations; open to fresh graduates with strong academic or internship experience in project work Proven project management skills – able to organize, track, and follow through on multiple tasks and initiatives Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities Results-oriented and driven by goals and timelines Motivated and enthusiastic; eager to work in a team-oriented environment and continuously learn Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Able to work well under pressure and in fast-paced environments Why Join Us?
