Overview

Finance Head / Finance Manager responsible for overseeing all financial operations, planning and strategy to ensure business profitability and stability. Leads the Finance Team, advises Management on financial decisions, and collaborates with other units to align financial objectives with business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and manages the annual budget and forecasts future financial performance; ensures adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Efficiently manage and monitor cash flow, investments, and financial operations to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Conducts financial analysis, prepares timely reports, provides insights and strategic recommendations to Management.
  • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities to maximize returns; identify cost-saving measures for efficient resource allocation.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risk; develop strong internal controls to protect company assets and ensure financial security.
  • Oversee receivables, payables, payroll, and treasury; manage banking relationships and financing as needed.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the Finance Team; collaborate with other business units to align financial and business objectives.
  • Support expansions by identifying new revenue streams and leveraging financial technologies; implement systems to track expenses and revenues.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong financial planning, cost control, profitability enhancement, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
  • Competent in financial software (SAP preferred), advanced Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong ethics, confidentiality, business acumen and leadership/communication abilities.
