Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

• The Candidate will undergo the Corporate Management Training Program.
• Will be assigned to develop a deep understanding of the business operations, to equip them for future team lead positions in the company.
• Candidate will learn and develop project management skills. Execute tasks and projects with accuracy and timeliness as assigned. They will be responsible for project implementation and execution, as well as other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Having at least 1 year of working experience from an FMCG company would be a plus.
• Good communication skills, oral and written in English, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, responsible, and mature.
• Driven and passionate to learn and succeed.
• Can prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews.
• Can drive with the required license.
• Willing to travel and work at any of the following sites - Quezon City, Bulacan, Las Pinas, Cavite, or Palawan.
• Preferably innovative and attentive to details.

Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Comprehensive site management supervision to complete the architectural works by planning, organizing, and controlling all elements of the project within the schedule, budget, and of acceptable quality.

• Assists the Construction Manager to establish project objectives, procedures, and performance standards.
• Performs overall quality and quantity control throughout the duration of construction period.
• Control and monitor the construction progress accomplishment, coordinating activities and resolve problems.
• Prepare project status reports on a weekly basis.
• Review and monitor work methodologies, product specification and quantities that are submitted by the contractor in compliance with contractual terms and standards.
• Implementation of safe and clean working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Architecture
