As a Medical Allied Courses (Nursing, Pharmacy, Med Tech & etc.) | Healthcare BPO professional, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, leveraging your healthcare expertise to deliver top-notch support. What you\'ll be doing Provide high-quality customer service to clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner Utilize your healthcare knowledge to assist clients with a wide range of medical-related tasks and inquiries Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and knowledge-sharing What we\'re looking for Degree in nursing, pharmacy, medical technology, or other allied medical fields Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call centre experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities to handle complex medical-related inquiries Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and adaptable to learning new technologies Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on clients\' healthcare experiences What we offer At Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc., we are committed to creating an environment that fosters professional growth, work-life balance, and overall employee well-being.
