Overview Senior Analyst - PAM Services at JLL , located in Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines. This role focuses on supporting Property Assets and Management - Business Support functions, coordinating with Level 2 for high-level support, and delivering options and resolutions to ensure system issues are resolved within agreed service levels. Responsibilities Work on tickets to support Property Assets and Management - Business Support functions in JLL. Coordinate with Level 2 team for high level support as required. Deliver options and resolutions to ensure issues associated with the system are settled within agreed service levels. Manage system database and related records (run reports, run query statements for data analysis, mitigate report/database issues, assist Account Managers, Finance team and Property Managers to review accuracy of records in the system, update tables as necessary). Ensure on-time deliverables and conduct system checks. Administrate system users’ basic access and issues. Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and script testing as required. Work with Property Assets and Management - Business Support to implement standards and up-to-date functions of the system. Ensure all policies and business support procedures are kept up to date (process guides, user guides and training resources) and conduct backup training. Implement process improvements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer studies, Information Technology or relevant field. Strong communications and relationship skills with the ability to relate to, understand and command respect from subject matter experts. Well-developed internal consulting skills with strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and negotiation ability. SQL knowledge at least basic to intermediate proficiency and experience. MRI software experience: understanding core MRI software functionality, database structure and related schema experience is desirable. Analytical with good data visualization and data analytics literacy and willingness to expand these skills as necessary. Professional and personable approach with the ability to manage communications with numerous business groups. Confident communicator with good presentation skills. Experience in finance or general accounting is advantageous; knowledge of property and asset management is beneficial.
