Senior Manager, SaaS PMO

THE ROLE The Senior Manager, SaaS PMO & Business Operations is the main contact point between their SaaS Regional organization and PMO. You will be the voice of their Region in the SaaS PMO organization, providing feedback and data-driven insights on how to improve the quality, effectiveness and automation of governance processes. This position is based in the Philippines, to work closely with the SaaS operations team in the country and the APAC Region. OPPORTUNITIES You will be working closely with their SaaS regional organization, especially SaaS Management and SDM teams, to understand the business and ensure that Governance processes to support the business are efficiently managed. You will maintain regular contacts with the SaaS APAC organization to manage BAU activities (Governance processes, Cost Optimization, Capacity Management, KPI tracking, etc.) and manage changes to these processes to continuously improve these. You will be the first point of contact for the Risk, Compliance and Internal Audit Regional teams, and manage the process of getting answers to risk/audit requests through contacts with the relevant stakeholders in SaaS. You will lead the rollout of Temenos-wide and SaaS initiatives for their Region and take the global lead of at least one of those initiatives. You will work closely with the other SaaS Business Office teams: FinOps, Cost Sizing, Reporting & AI to ensure that regional requirements are taken into consideration, and take advantage of the latest developments delivered by these teams. You will ensure that all processes are data-driven and automated through the use of modern data management, AI and reporting tooling. You will establish and manage a Document library to ensure we have a single view of all documents for their Region. SKILLS You should have a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s or postgraduate degrees preferably, MBA. You should have more than 5 years in Governance for a SaaS company or department. You should have proven track record in managing governance and PMO processes in a financial software company. Experience in SaaS is a clear advantage. You should have ability to develop and implement PMO processes and policies, direct project management staff, and working with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects and programs. You should possess outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills as well as a strong ability to dissect business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities. You should have applied knowledge of ITIL, Agile (Ideally Agile Release Train) and OKR. You should have excellent ability to communicate at all levels, creating strong connections with senior stakeholders cross the organization, and also ensuring understanding and adherence to governance processes by all related teams. Proficiency in MS Data Fabric, at least Power BI, is a strong advantage. VALUES Care for stakeholder and customer needs with empathy to deliver high-quality SaaS projects.
