Overview
Client Service Specialist (Colombia) at DOXA Talent — join to apply. This role is focused on delivering a white-glove customer experience in a luxury environment, supporting high-end clientele to ensure seamless, elegant, and attentive service that enhances brand loyalty and client satisfaction.
Location and EmploymentLocation: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Communications, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 2+ years in client-facing or customer success roles, preferably within luxury retail, hospitality, or high-touch service environments.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Zendesk), POS systems, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication; professional and engaging demeanor.
Characteristics: Empathetic, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, resourceful, and passionate about service excellence.
ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement and Relationship Management
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver warm, personalized, and professional interactions that reflect luxury service standards.
- Guide clients through the ordering process, including custom arrangements and special requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, preferences, and feedback for ongoing relationship cultivation.
Order Processing and Execution
- Accurately enter and manage orders using CRM and POS systems, ensuring timely and precise execution.
- Liaise with internal fulfillment and design teams to guarantee seamless handoff from sale to delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any order issues or client concerns with a solution-oriented mindset.
Product Knowledge and Consultation
- Develop a deep understanding of product offerings to provide expert guidance during the order process.
- Offer recommendations that align with client needs and brand aesthetics, enhancing the overall experience.
- Stay informed on seasonal collections, floral trends, and promotional offerings.
Internal Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams via platforms such as Slack to ensure alignment and real-time support.
- Partner with logistics and production teams to monitor order flow and execution timelines.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement that enhance the client experience.
