This role will focus on analyzing data sets, identifying trends and insights, exporting data out of our Regulatory and Quality systems/tools, and visualizing data in PowerBi dashboards. The data analyst will work closely with several teams within a global organization (quality and regulatory department) to provide data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:*** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions.* Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets from various source systems using data visualization tools.* Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.* Develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics to track business performance.* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency through data cleansing and validation techniques.* Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations based on findings.**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Computer Science, IT, or programming, (or related field).* 2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or data mining.* Proven experience in creating interactive Power BI dashboards and visualizations* SQL or other programming languages incl.
