Overview
Responsibility: To oversee all warehouse operations of the entire online business of ITWI, including inventory management, order fulfillment, inbound/outbound logistics, and coordination with customer service and platform site management teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
Objective: Maintain a well-organized, efficient, and accurate warehouse system that supports fast and error-free order processing, reduces fulfillment delays, and contributes to customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities- 1. Overall Management
- Coordinates with the warehouse manager in ensuring accurate stock records through BAU, regular cycle counts and audits
- Oversees guidelines and process are strictly implemented and everyone is compliant
- Evaluate and develop fulfillment strategies across all warehouse departments to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinates with head office HR team on people management – replacement, resignation, regularization, hiring
- 2. Order Fulfillment Oversight (in coordination with supervisors)
- Supervise daily picking, packing, and dispatching of orders
- Ensure quality control and standards are met
- Monitor order accuracy and fulfillment timelines based on platform SLAs
- 3. Inbound & Outbound Logistics (in coordination with warehouse manager)
- Close coordination with the warehouse manager in ensuring that receiving of incoming stocks is counted with accuracy and well inspected
- 4. Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Assign tasks, manage shifts, and monitor team performance
- Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- 5. Warehouse Organization & Safety (in coordination with warehouse lead)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse layout
- Ensure compliance with safety and inventory handling standards
- Implement FIFO/FEFO systems and accurate bin labeling
- 6. E-Commerce Coordination
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process improvements
- Close coordination with site management team on issues and challenges on operations for quick resolution
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations management including fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service
- Strong background in process improvement and data driven decision making
- Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
