Position Summary
The Brand Gaming team is in charge of attracting and acquiring potential gaming customers to the property. Their primary mission is to create interest in Solaire’s gaming experience, encourage visits to the property, and convert these prospects into members of the Solaire Rewards program. Once a customer enrolls in the program, the responsibility for managing the relationship and customer lifecycle is handed over to the Casino Marketing team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Createmarketing strategies for mass, premium, and VIP gaming segments.
- Targetnon-members to increase gaming floor visits.
- Developbrand messaging, promotions, and experiences to encourage trial play.
- Collaboratewith events, digital media, and PR teams for visibility.
- Designstrategies and experiences to encourage sign-ups (e.g., welcome offers).
- Partnerwith Casino Marketing for trial play activations.
- Monitorand support each stage of the conversion funnel.
3.New Gaming Product Launches
- Leadbranding and marketing for new gaming products (slots, tables, ETGs,themed zones).
- Ensurelaunches have strong visuals, clear value propositions, and tacticalsupport.
- Workwith Gaming Operations to enhance customer-facing experiences.
4.Regional Marketing
- Developcampaigns for high-potential regional markets (e.g., Korea, Taiwan,Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam).
- Coordinatewith travel agencies and partners to build interest pre-arrival.
- Customizemessaging based on market-specific behaviors in collaboration with CasinoMarketing.
5. Cross-Functional Alignment
- Collaboratewith Digital, Marketing Services, PR, and Events teams.
- Aim tomaximize the impact of customer acquisition campaigns.
6. Analytics and Performance Tracking
- Usedata analytics to profile potential customers and identifyhigh-opportunity segments (e.g., lookalikes, propensity modeling).
- Trackcampaign effectiveness via:
- Sign-uprates
- Cost-per-acquisition
- Continuouslyoptimize strategies based on performance and market feedback.
Experience Required
- Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–8years of brand management experience, ideally in gaming/casino, integratedresorts, or hospitality.
