JuanHand Pasig, National Capital Region, Philippines Multimedia Specialist Content Creation Develop visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive presentations, to support marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, and other communication efforts. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and translate concepts into creative and impactful multimedia assets. Graphic Design Design and produce high-quality graphics for various digital and print materials, such as social media posts, website banners, infographics, brochures, and promotional materials. Ensure that all graphic elements adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages to the target audience. Video Production Plan, shoot, and edit video content for promotional videos, product demonstrations, interviews, and other video-based initiatives. Handle all aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, audio recording, editing, and post-production effects. Multimedia Editing Edit and enhance multimedia assets using editing software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop), Final Cut Pro, or similar applications. Apply creative techniques and visual effects to enhance the quality and impact of multimedia content. Quality Assurance Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of all multimedia content produced, including proofreading text, verifying information, and reviewing final designs and edits before publication or distribution. Collaboration Collaborate closely with marketing, communications, and design teams to align multimedia content with overall brand messaging and campaign objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate ideas and concepts for multimedia projects. Research and Innovation Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia production and design. Continuously explore new tools, techniques, and creative approaches to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of multimedia content. Qualities Analytical: Must be able to look at work from the customer's perspective and examine how the design will be perceived to ensure the desired message is conveyed. Artistic: Must be able to create designs that are artistically interesting and appealing. Communicator: Must be able to communicate with sales consultants and other designers to ensure that the design accurately and effectively expresses the desired message. Creative: Must be able to think of new approaches to communicate ideas and be able to develop unique designs. Responsible: Must be able to work on tight deadlines. The drive and discipline to work remotely and manage your own time. Knowledge of Adobe software (Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is required.
