About the Role As a Sales Intake Representative , you’ll be the first point of contact in the client journey—serving as the gateway to our team of skilled attorneys ready to advocate on their behalf. You’ll be the welcoming, knowledgeable voice that responds to client inquiries with empathy and clarity, building authentic connections from the very first interaction. In this role, you’ll guide potential clients from their initial outreach through to a formal consultation, setting the stage for a strong and lasting attorney-client relationship. What You’ll Do Every Day Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call. Handle Client Calls with Care: Manage incoming calls from prospective clients, answering their questions with clarity, providing guidance, and scheduling consultations with our attorneys. Apply today What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification. We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
