Assist with bookkeeping, financial record-keeping, and ensuring accurate transaction processing to maintain the integrity of the company's financial data. Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments. Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports. Support the preparation of financial statements and reports. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors regarding financial documents and inquiries. Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation. Perform general administrative duties related to accounting functions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP, Xero). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Good understanding of accounting principles and standards. Ability to work accurately and efficiently under deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with financial reporting and audit processes. Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance. Ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
