Staff Accountant Location: Enov8tive Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines (BGC, Taguig) Join the founding team of Enov8tive in our pioneer office in BGC, Taguig We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Generalist Accountant to establish the financial operations of our new Philippine venture. Key Responsibilities This is a full-time, full-onsite, day‑shift role in BGC. Your primary focus will be on Philippine payroll and compliance, supported by core accounting duties: PH Payroll Management: Execute end‑to‑end local payroll, ensuring timely and accurate processing of wages, benefits, and mandatory government contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG). Tax Compliance: Calculate and remit all required BIR withholding taxes and prepare related tax forms. General Accounting: Perform daily bookkeeping, including processing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR). Reporting: Assist with general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and supporting documentation for month‑end close. Qualifications 1 to 2 years of work experience in a general accounting role. Essential: Proven, hands‑on experience processing Philippine (PH) payroll and handling government remittances/tax compliance (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag‑IBIG, BIR). Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. High attention to detail and strong adherence to deadlines.
