WORKPLACE CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST Job Description Admin Case Management – Ensures timely provision of quality services to clients on matters related to administrative cases, grievance handling, and other discipline‑related concerns. Activities include but are not limited to: Close coordination with the corresponding Line or Division for the investigation process prior to the start of any discussion on the administrative disciplinary case. Assist in the preparation of required documentation such as Show Cause Memo or Request for written explanation. Document administrative hearings, including transcription of the minutes; note‑taking with Legal during meetings. Record online transactions in the HR system for movements such as Disciplinary Log Record and Suspension Movements. Assist in drafting Discipline Notices for simple to medium complexity cases. Clearance Processing for Separated and UBF employees – Review records of separated employees and provide clearance based on established criteria, including UBF. Development and Facilitation of Workplace Conduct Programs – Develop training programs, learning materials, and content to promote knowledge of company policies and processes related to workplace conduct. Responsibilities include: Facilitate end‑to‑end programs, including logistics management for training sessions. Maintain records of individual case documents and electronic archiving; ensure accessibility and accuracy of organized documents. Provide guidance on disciplinary matters, performance, and labor‑related issues. Develop processes and policies for learning and ensure a complete learning community. Support the implementation of annual Workplace Conduct activities and reporting of case trends. Support third‑party management requirements in partnership with Legal and Sourcing & Materials Management. Lead or support compliance and regulatory requirements on a regular basis. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (4‑year course); BS Legal Management or BS Psychology preferred. 3–6 years of experience in workplace conduct and compliance. Studies or seminars on Labor Relations or handling administrative cases. Basic knowledge of the Labor Code and company policy in handling disciplinary cases.
