  • Fully manage onboarding/offboarding for client users: provisioning devices, creating/disabling Microsoft 365, Azure AD, AD accounts; configuring access; secure data handling.

Technical Support (Beyond Helpdesk)

  • Handle escalated Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 tickets; use PSA and RMM tools; perform basic admin tasks; document fixes and update SOPs/runbooks.

System Maintenance & Monitoring

  • Monitor alerts; assist with patching, antivirus status, backups; perform periodic health checks.

Process Improvement & Project Assistance

  • Support senior engineers in migrations; create automation scripts; propose recurring issue fixes.

Qualifications

  • Willing to work 100% onsite near BGC, Taguig; night shifts (8 PM–5 AM Manila Time).
  • Minimum 2 years in Service Desk/Help Desk.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting Active Directory, Desktop, Office 365, Windows Server, Firewall, VPN, End User Management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; experience supporting global clients.
