Job Description We are looking for a new Senior Credit Controller to join our International Finance Team based in the Philippines, supporting all our credit control activities across a portfolio of businesses in the UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies region. The ideal candidate will bring experience in business‑to‑business credit control, with ideas on how to strive for best practice, as well as being a self‑starter with a hands‑on, can‑do attitude. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records and daily update of aging report (Debtor Report). Weekly reconciliation of aging report. Maintain client contact list. Provide detailed SOA / Send payment reminders according to procedure. Follow up with internal & external clients by email or phone. Investigate and resolve any irregularities or enquiries (internal and external). Liaise with operational teams. Ensure effective and timely completion of other activities as directed. Build an effective relationship with all parts of the business, delivering a well‑respected and efficient service for the Credit Operations process. Assist with driving process optimisation across the Credit Control Function. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of prior experience with Credit Control / Accounts Receivable process, focused on B2B collections. Understanding of multi‑currency and experience working in a global environment. Knowledge of Oracle NetSuite is a plus. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (Fluent in Business English). Open for mid‑shift schedule (4 pm to 1 am Monday‑Friday). Open for hybrid setup – 6 x per month RTO. Experience preparing reports for senior management audience. Detail‑oriented with organisational and analytical skills. Proactive, taking ownership of work with a drive for results. Ability to work independently. Strong MS Office & computer skills. Strong reconciliation skills. High degree of professionalism.
