Job Description We are looking for a Senior Credit Controller to join our International Finance Team based in the Philippines. You will support all credit control activities across a portfolio of businesses in the UK, Ireland and Crown Dependencies region. The ideal candidate will have business‑to‑business credit control experience, a self‑starter attitude and a hands‑on, can‑do mindset. Responsibilities Maintain accurate records and daily update of the aging report (Debtor Report). Weekly reconciliation of the aging report. Maintain client contact list. Provide detailed SOA and send payment reminders according to procedure. Follow up with internal and external clients by email or phone as necessary. Investigate and resolve irregularities or enquiries (internal and external). Liaise with operational teams. Complete other activities as directed from time to time. Build an effective relationship with all parts of the business, delivering a well‑respected and efficient service for the Credit Operations process. Assist with driving process optimisation across the Credit Control Function. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of prior experience in Credit Control / Accounts Receivable with a focus on B2B collections. Strong communication skills, written and verbal (Fluent in English). Experience preparing reports for senior management audience. Detail‑oriented with organisational and analytical skills. Proactive ownership with a drive for results. Ability to work independently. Strong MS Office and computer skills. Understanding of multi‑currency and working in a global environment. Strong reconciliation skills.
