Overview Join our fast-growing company as an English-speaking Social Media Agent . As a Social Media Agent , you will engage with customers across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, responding to comments, emails, and inquiries. Your role is to provide excellent support, share product knowledge, and ensure customers have a positive experience with the brand. It is a remote full-time position At Mindy-Support, you have a great opportunity to get: Experience in the international company working with people around the globe; Compensation – $550/month during the probation period (2 months). After probation: $550/month + up to $100 as KPI bonus ; Training will be provided by the company and the client; Management attention, support and motivation. Your Responsibilities Monitor and respond to all public comments on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. Engage with positive and negative feedback; Study and apply product knowledge to recommend, obtain or sell items based on understanding of the customers’ needs. You are our perfect candidate if you have: Experience in makeup/cosmetics/skincare/wellness (professional or hobby). Experience in customer support via social media platforms 1+ year. Understanding of social media slang. English C1 level – excellent written and spoken (no mistakes). Energetic and positive team player. Strong problem-solving mindset. Passionate about beauty products (confident when discussing, recommending, or advising customers).
