Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner (Contract) Join to apply for the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner (Contract) role at NerdWallet NerdWallet’s mission is to provide clarity for all of life’s financial decisions. The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner will be responsible for identifying and assessing passive candidates for current and future openings. This role will manage sourcing channels and ensure a diverse and qualified talent pool. The position can be based at a NerdWallet office or geographically remote. Role reports to the TA Ops Lead. Where You Can Make An Impact Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Recruiters on developing and executing sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidates for current and upcoming openings Attend recruitment strategy meetings to understand and develop an ideal candidate profile, the role’s impact on the business, career path, etc. In partnership with the DEI TA Manager, build diverse pipelines to ensure alignment with the DEI strategy and goals Leverage external partnerships and attract passive candidates to build future pipelines You Are Collaborative and curious: a lifelong learner who dives into domains you might have never experienced Strong communicator: can communicate with all levels of internal business partners and colleagues, adapting with poise and a focus on the ideal path forward Influential: can create high‑touch experiences and demonstrate the capacity to close even the most passive of candidates Your Experience We recognize not everyone will meet all the criteria. Bachelors and 5+ years of related experience Experience developing and executing sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, Glassdoor, etc. Experience with Boolean search strings and other internet recruiting techniques Solid experience in developing social media sourcing strategies Ability to reach out to different types of candidates and to engage with them Strong selling and negotiation skill Location This role will be remote (based in the Philippines).
