Overview: The role provides top-notch administrative support to the executive office, coordinating with relevant operating units and ensuring smooth communication with internal and external partners. The key functions are listed below.
- Provides high-level administrative support to the Executive Office, including consolidation of management reportorial requirements
- Prepares presentation decks from data gathered across operating units and discusses analyses with respective heads
- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and creation of minutes to ensure topics are recorded and accessible
- Monitors compliance with management directions based on meeting minutes
- Drafts letters, memos, and other correspondence under the executive office
