Key Responsibilities

  • Assist inquiries of booked clients only (onsite customer service)
  • Monitor client requests and complaints
  • Accept and tag submitted documents in the system
  • Evaluate and authenticate submitted requirements
  • Provide support during events (once a month, Saturday or Sunday with OT)
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
  • Preferably male (due to eviction assistance, sales support, site visits, and occupancy checks)
  • Independent worker with good communication skills
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Strong problem-solving skills; able to escalate concerns (e.g., title transfer)
  • Tech-savvy (FREBAS, SMS, MS Office )
  • Team player, committed, and with long-term work intent (not for short stints)
Preferred Background
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Banking, customer service, or real estate background preferred
  • No specific educational degree/course required
