COMPANY PROFILE: With two decades of experience in the industry, this BPO company specializes in delivering back-office and healthcare support services. Its mission is to provide clients with efficient, cost-effective solutions that enhance operational performance and value. Position: Private Equity Analyst Company Industry: Financial Services Work Location: Pasay City Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM- 6:00AM Salary: Php 85,000-Php 90,000 Work Set Up: Hybrid (2-4x a month) JOB REQUIREMENTS: ✨ Bachelor’s degree Holder in Accounting and Finance ✨ At least 1 to 3 years’ experience in Private Equity ✨ Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage ✨ Amenable to attend interviews ✨ Can start as soon as possible JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: ✨ Oversee the management of private equity funds, including negotiation, supervision, and credit administration when required. ✨ Manage team transactions, ensuring accurate cash flow handling, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance. ✨ Serve as the primary point of contact for performance reporting within the organization. ✨ Work closely with finance and investment teams to review quarterly results and assess overall team performance. ✨ Provide support for special initiatives and ad-hoc tasks, including preparing investor communications and updates.
